Job summary

Long John Silver's in Warren Township is seeking Crew Members who can work after dinner and late nights in a fast-paced environment.

No experience is required, and we offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and advancement opportunities. You will greet guests, take orders, keep the dining area clean, and support delivery partners.

Reliable transportation is a must; you should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately accept guests’ orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with our Delivery Partners.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock products and workstations.
• Use food preparation equipment including ovens, fryers, grills and other kitchen equipment.
• Keep a clean work environment by cleaning stations, equipment, dishes, and floors.

Looking for Crew Members who can work after dinner and late nights. Times vary by restaurant. Schedules can start as early as 4:00pm or later. This shift has a wide variety of shift lengths, depending on part-time vs. full-time and the specific hours of operation and closing time for each location. Closing times vary by location, with some concepts/restaurants closing as early as midnight and some restaurants/concepts open until 4am or later.

The Crew Member is the key to ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a very important position for a friendly, helpful individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintaining a clean work environment by completing general clean tasks including wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors

Requirements:

• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Must get along well with coworkers and guests through a positive and friendly demeanor.
