Community Health Systems is seeking a CT Technologist I for PRN overnight coverage at our Enterprise, AL location. You will operate CT equipment, position patients, and collaborate with radiologists to deliver high-quality diagnostic studies.

Strong attention to detail and patient-centered care are essential. The role requires 1-2 years of radiologic experience, an Associate Degree, and licensure/certification as applicable.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of clinical radiologic experience required.
• 2-4 years CT Technologist experience preferred in acute care.
• Associate degree in radiologic sciences required or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Operates CT equipment and processing systems to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepares and positions patients for CT procedures with appropriate safety measures.
• Verifies patient identity and physician orders; screens for contraindications.
• Performs point-of-care creatinine testing and calculates GFR when needed.
• Administers contrast media, monitors for adverse reactions, and provides patient instructions.
• Reviews images for quality and communicates findings to radiologists.
• Maintains CT equipment and performs routine quality control checks.
• Responds to emergencies and maintains a clean, stocked work area.
