St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Cat Scan Technologist for full-time overnights in Quakertown, PA. The role performs CT scans and assists Radiologists during invasive procedures, with emphasis on imaging quality and patient safety.

Requirements include ARRT-recognized education and CT registry within one year of hire; NJ candidates must have ARRT registry, A.A.S. preferred. Cross training available for eligible technologists.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT recognized education program or ARRT registered.
• Advanced CT registry required within 1 year of hire.
• NJ candidate: ARRT recognition required; A.A.S. preferred.
• 1 year of experience; 2+ years preferred in hospital CT.

Responsibilities

• Directly assists Radiologist during invasive procedures and performs CT scans as directed.
• Communicates clinical observations to Radiologist during CT exams.
• Verify patient details and imaging history before starting exams.
• Injects contrast for CT scans per department policy and safety rules.
• Ensure quality of digital images and correct patient selection for PACS.
