PLS247 is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Mesa, AZ location. The CSR will be the face of PLS, delivering superior service, educating customers on products, and handling transactions accurately with the POS system. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• Ability and willingness to engage with customers and assess their needs.
• Offer products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Honesty and integrity are essential.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English fluency required; English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities
