Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief to lead a team of clerks through the night shift. You will supervise stocking, unloading trucks, maintaining store conditions, and training new members while ensuring safety and store policies are followed.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work 11PM-7AM or 12PM-8AM while lifting heavy items. Join us for a rewarding challenge.

A Day in the Life:

Join our team as a Grocery Overnight Crew Chief and lead a fantastic group of clerks who keep our store running smoothly through the night! You'll supervise stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Your mission: lead the team, keep shelves organized, oversee deliveries, maintain a clean store, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and ensure everyone follows store policies. If you have supervisory experience in retail or grocery, strong leadership and communication skills, can work overnight shifts, and can lift heavy items, we want you! Ready for a fun and rewarding challenge?
