Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, a Leggett & Platt Company, is seeking a Crane Operator for the Sunday–Thursday night shift (11 p.m. – 7 a.m.) supporting foam production.

Responsibilities include moving buns with a crane, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate shipment preparation. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a proven record of reliability, safety, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Receive shift instructions and determine which buns to pull for shipping.
• Review bun inventory by walking bays to locate buns and their order.
• Organize and issue buns from storage bays based on the Drop List.
• Lift buns by crane and place on shipping line, ensuring correct placement and quality.
• Track material transfers and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Adhere to all crane safety procedures and report any hazards.
