Job Description: Cook 2 at Four Seasons Napa Valley

Join our Four Seasons family in the beautiful wine country of Napa Valley. We are seeking experienced culinary talent for our overnight shift. As a Cook 2, you will bring your creativity and culinary skills to prepare all meals and pastries, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, in accordance with our high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare consistent, high-quality food and pastry items according to guest orders, following recipes and presentation standards.
  2. Complete mise en place and set up stations for service periods.
  3. Manage food preparation ahead of time, ensuring not to overprepare.
  4. Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment properly.
  5. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of perishables.
  6. Assist in prep work for subsequent shifts.
  7. Adhere to food cost controls and minimize waste.
  8. Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
  9. Work harmoniously with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of culinary or related experience.
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and equipment operation.
  • Proficient knife skills and ability to multitask.
  • Valid US work authorization; this position is not eligible for sponsorship.

  • Hourly wage: $28.59
