The Evergreen Inn in Vancouver, WA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for overnight shifts. This CNA‑led role focuses on dignity, safety, and personal care for residents in a supportive Agemark community.

You’ll help with dressing, bathing, meals, and daily activities while encouraging independence and meaningful connections with residents, families, and teammates. Join a caring, EPIC culture that values teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA credential.
• Genuine interest in helping older adults live their best lives.
• Willingness to collaborate with and support coworkers.
• Clear communication and patient listening.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and personal needs.
• Encourage residents to stay active and engaged in daily routines.
• Monitor residents’ well‑being and report changes promptly.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Create a safe, comfortable overnight environment with dependable support.
• Provide patient, respectful care while protecting residents’ dignity.
