Job summary

RegalCare at Quincy is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for overnight shifts. This position can be either part-time or full-time, offering an opportunity to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide ADL support, monitor patient conditions, assist with meals, and ensure accurate care records are maintained in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 0 years of CNA experience; willing to train new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients and residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with mealtime and hydration, as needed.
• Support patients/residents with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient/resident care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities.
