Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Partner CNA for Bethesda East in Boynton Beach, FL. This full-time position offers weekend and night coverage with supervision by a registered nurse to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

The CP performs basic nursing tasks, assists with wound care and catheter care, and supports the nursing team in a fast-paced acute care setting. Florida license/CNA or LPN and BLS are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (Cert, GED, Trn, Exper).
• Licenses/certifications: LPN, CNA, Basic Life Support as applicable.
• Experience: 1 year preferred in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing skills under RN supervision.
• Assist with wound care, catheter care, saline lock as delegated.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort according to Florida Nurse Practice Act.
• Document care and coordinate with the assigned RN.
