Job summary

Harmony Marshalltown in Marshalltown, IA is seeking Certified Medication Aides for full-time and part-time overnight shifts in our skilled nursing team. You will be on the front line of the Clinical Department, administering medications, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, an Iowa CNA certificate, completed Iowa-approved Medication Aide training, and CPR

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, an unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate, successful completion of State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training and CPR certification.
• One year of CNA and Medication Aide experience is preferable but training opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and support daily living activities for residents.
• Observe changes in condition and maintain a safe environment.
• Provide compassionate care to Harmony Marshalltown residents with attention to detail.
