Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet potential members, answer questions, and manage front desk tasks to ensure a positive member experience.

You will handle tours, assist with check-ins and sign-ups, and coordinate with the Club Manager to resolve member issues while maintaining clean, welcoming facilities. Prior customer service and basic computer skills are preferred.

Status: Full Time/Part Time/Non-Supervisor/Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift


• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift


• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
