Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Status: Full Time/Part Time/Non-Supervisor/Non-Exempt
Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
- Handle front desk tasks such as answering phone calls politely, assisting with questions or concerns, taking info calls and tours, and supporting member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
- Facilitate member service issues and questions, forwarding them to the Club Manager, Manager in Training, or Team Lead as needed.
- Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
