Job summary

The Center for Alcohol & Drug Treatment in Duluth, MN offers a compassionate Clinical Assistant role in our women’s Residential Treatment Program (Marty Mann). You will support the clinical team, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

This part-time overnight position (10:45 PM - 7:00 AM) on alternating weekends and one weekday shift pays $17 per hour and includes PTO, holidays, and training opportunities to support growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR & First Aid certification before direct patient contact.
• Must pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete admissions or discharge paperwork.
• Observe and monitor patients for safety and behavior changes.
• Take vital signs as instructed.
• Respond to crises per policy and notify supervisor.
• Document events and shift notes in logs.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Administer or monitor medications as trained.
• Perform light housekeeping and transportation duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
