City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking janitorial independent contractors to partner with in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. This opportunity focuses on helping clients by handling janitorial work and related maintenance services while enabling contractors to grow their income.

Independent contractors must meet the listed requirements, including licenses, insurance, and background checks, to join City Wide’s network and support local facilities in the Allentown region.

Qualifications

Must provide valid business license (LLC or Inc).
Active Workers' Compensation Insurance policy.
General Liability Insurance and Non Owned Auto.
Federal EIN #.
Verifiable references.
18 years of age minimum.
Favorable background investigation results.
