A leading maintenance management company in Fort Lauderdale seeks independent contractors for Commercial Janitorial Services. As a contractor, you will collaborate with the company to fulfill client needs, helping your business grow without the hassle of selling and collecting accounts. Candidates must provide business licenses, insurance, and meet specific requirements to join the network. This contract position does not offer benefits.

Formación

• Must provide valid business license, LLC or Inc.
• Provide worker's compensation insurance.
• General liability insurance and non-owned auto required.
• Must have a Federal EIN #.
• Other verifiable business required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Favorable background investigation results.
• Cannot be a sole proprietor.
