Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch is seeking an Overnight Assistant to supervise children during overnight hours and ensure their safety, well-being, and comfort. The role requires compassion, responsibility, and attentiveness, with a focus on team collaboration to provide daily care and a secure environment for each resident. Shifts run 10 p.m.–10 a.m.

Qualifications
