Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch in Texas is seeking a Campus Life Supervisor to oversee house parents and residential staff, manage schedules, transportation, and community activities on campus. This role includes developing budgets, coordinating training, and ensuring adherence to program expectations.

Housing on campus is provided. The Campus Life Supervisor will reside on campus; housing is provided, and the position emphasizes staff leadership, crisis support, and ongoing program improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
• Must obtain Texas Childcare Administrator's License within one year of employment.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in childcare.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in staff supervision preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office for Windows (word processing, spreadsheets, email, etc.).
• Must have valid Texas driver's license and be at least 21.
• Must be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of house parents and other home life staff.
• Coordinate staffing schedules, transportation, and related activities.
• Develop and manage home budgets within guidelines.
• Plan monthly community gatherings and activities.
• Promote community awareness and connection for staff and residents.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development for staff.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication.
• Collaborate with leadership on resident care plans and interventions.
• Oversee community-building events that foster belonging and recognition.
