The compensation package ranges from $60,000–$80,000 plus equity, with comprehensive healthcare coverage and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in chemical processing, laboratory work, or industrial operations.
• Strong experience working with wet chemistry, including handling of strong acids and bases.
• Proven ability to follow SOPs and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Comfortable working a rotating overnight shift (12-hour shifts).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical separation processes during overnight shifts, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Safely handle strong acids and bases using appropriate safety protocols.
• Execute wet chemistry procedures following SOPs precisely.
• Monitor and adjust process conditions based on lab results.
• Conduct in-process sampling and testing.
