Lamoni Specialty Care, part of Care Initiatives, is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN) for overnight 8-hour shifts (12-hour option available) at our Lamoni, IA facility. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead nursing care for residents and to make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.

Qualified RNs hold an Iowa license, CPR certification, and understand federal/state long-term care regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Iowa
• Current CPR certification required
• Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as Charge Nurse RN
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care
• Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations and policies
