Hannaford Supermarkets in Latham, NY is seeking a Third Shift Center Store Associate to oversee all duties and drive Center Store operations toward financial and sales goals. You will build strong relationships with associates and customers and promote a positive Hannaford culture.

The role requires knowledge of store operations, merchandising, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Must be able to work overnight/early morning shifts and complete forklift and power jack training,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong store operations and merchandising knowledge.
• Effective communication, customer service and selling skills.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to lead a team.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and complete forklift/power jack training.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and age eligibility.
