Reimagined Parking is hiring an Overnight CDL Shuttle Driver at Harrisburg International Airport in Middletown, PA. The role requires a CDL with passenger endorsement and prior commercial driving experience.

You will transport guests on a fixed route, perform safety inspections, and deliver exceptional service during 10pm–6am shifts. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and state-of-the-art shuttle operations.

Formación

• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Operate commercial vehicles requiring coordination and eye-hand/hand-foot coordination.
• Ability to enter and exit the vehicle frequently and sit for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet guests on arrival and assist with loading/unloading luggage as needed.
• Perform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment and report safety issues immediately.
• Transport passengers via fixed routes with scheduled stops.
• Maintain a clean, safe Shuttle at all times.
• Report accidents, incidents or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and directions to guests.
• Be aware of potential passengers and approach guests seeking help.
• Record passenger numbers and complete daily/shift reports.
• Communicate professionally with guests, client and teammates.
• Occasionally lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Title: CDL Shuttle Driver w/ P endorsement
Pay: $17.32/hr.
Shift: Overnight 10pm-6am

The Shuttle Driver ensures the safe transportation of guests using a 16 passenger van or commercial vehicle, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. The Shuttle Driver is responsible for responding quickly to customers’ requests and providing caring interactions with all guests at their assigned location. The Shuttle Driver works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that quality and safety standards are met at all times as well as adhering to state and local laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet all guests upon arrival; provide assistance with loading and unloading luggage as required
• Perform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment, report safety issues immediately to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
• Transport passengers via a fixed route with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations for passengers
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe Shuttle at all times
• Immediately report any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
• Provide excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner, give directions to nearest highway, destination, etc.
• Be aware of potential passengers and approach guests seeking assistance
• Record number of passengers and complete daily/shift reporting as required
• Communicate professionally at all times with guests, client, and teammates
• Occasionally lift and carry customer luggage or personal items, up to 50 lbs
• All other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• At least 18 years of age
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement)
• Previous commercial driving experience, preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests
• Operate commercial vehicles requiring normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot
• Enter and exit vehicle frequently throughout shift as well as sitting for extending periods of time
