Job summary

GLOBAL PARKING SYSTEMS - MSY in Kenner, LA is seeking an Overnight FT Shuttle Driver to operate shuttle buses safely on designated routes, starting at $20.00 per hour with a $2 shift differential.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a DOT Medical Card, and a clean DMV record; you will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, assist passengers, keep buses clean, and comply with all safety rules. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED preferred.
• CDL training or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement and DOT Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip inspection of the shuttle bus before each shift.
• Conduct post-trip inspections and report deficiencies.
• Maintain cleanliness of bus interiors and log trip counts.
• Follow route schedules and assist disabled passengers as needed.
• Be timely, in uniform, and at work for every shift.
• Report accidents or safety incidents to Supervisor/GM.
• Assist customers and direct them to supervision when needed.
• Adhere to all laws and safety rules governing shuttle operation.
