Job summary

VP Supply Corp is seeking an overnight CDL Delivery Driver to manage routes for 26,000+ lb vehicles and towed units. You will load/unload, secure loads, and operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and liftgates while maintaining accurate paperwork.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a CDL, and the ability to work the Sunday–Thursday night shift. Candidate must be comfortable with regional NY driving and safety-first practice.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience operating combination vehicles over 26,000 lbs with towed units over 10,000 lbs.
• Experience using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and liftgates.
• Territorial knowledge of Rochester, Syracuse, Buffalo, Albany and surrounding areas.
• Ability to climb on/off the back of a truck and pass motor vehicle/background checks.
• Reliable daily transportation to branch location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and log routes for overnight delivery trucks with focus on delivery times.
• Hands-on loading/unloading of product for daily routes and secure loads.
• Move skids using pallet jack, hand truck, and liftgate.
• Complete and maintain paperwork, including inter-branch transfers and truck logs.
• Provide information to Dispatcher during the night, including delivery times and photo captures.
• Ensure truck cab/bed are emptied and cleaned at end of shift.
• Schedule maintenance and identify repairs or inspections for vehicles.
