S.P. Richards Company is seeking an Overnight Driver in Indianapolis, IN for full-time overnight routes. The role focuses on safe, timely delivery and DOT compliance, with pre/post-trip inspections and substantial vehicle responsibilities.

The position offers an hourly pay of $30.00 to $30.75 with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO. Shift runs 9PM to completion, Monday through Friday, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid CDL Class A and 2+ years driving experience.
• Clean 3-year motor vehicle history.
• Must meet SPR Driving Standards at interview and maintain them.
• Experience with Roadnet DOT logging preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip safety inspections.
• Check paperwork against orders and shipments.
• Maintain electronic delivery logs via onboard tablet/ELD.
• Unload/pick up orders using pallet jack or manual handling.
• Provide courteous service and maintain neat appearance.
• Adhere to all safety rules and DOT regulations.
