Job summary

C.R. England in Goldsboro, NC is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for an on-site, full-time lane starting from Lake City, FL with nightly dispatch. This dedicated Target solo fleet runs no-touch freight and pays per mile, with home weekly across FL/GA/LA/MS/NC/SC.

Most loads depart 8pm–3am and deliveries occur 4pm–12pm; trailers are pre-loaded, condos with automatics, and top equipment. Candidates must be 21+, CDL-A, and have 3+ months experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
• Must have a secure place to park the truck and trailer while on home time
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees

Responsibilities

• Deliver loads across Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina with no-touch freight
• Mostly night shifts, dispatch between 8pm and 3am and deliveries between 4pm and 12pm
• Operate from Lake City, FL and return home weekly
• Comply with safety and regulatory requirements while on the road
