Job summary

C.R. England is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for an on-site, full-time, night-driven solo fleet based in York, SC. Loads originate in Lake City, FL and travel through Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina with no-touch freight and pre-loaded freight.

You’ll be home weekly, running most loads overnight and delivering safely to multiple southern states. Applicants should be 21+, have a valid CDL-A, and 3+ months of recent CDL experience.

• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
• Must have a secure place to park the truck and trailer during home time
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees

Responsibilities

• Operate on-site overnight routes with pre-loaded, no-touch freight
• Deliver to across FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, and SC; home weekly
• Maintain safety and compliance on a solo Target lane

Lake City, FL is the launch point for every load on this dedicated Target solo fleet, and the work happens mostly at night. Freight is pre-loaded and no-touch, so your focus stays on the drive.

Deliveries reach locations across Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina, and you are home weekly. It suits experienced CDL-A drivers who are comfortable running overnight.

• All loads start in Lake City, FL
• Deliveries to Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina
• No-touch, pre-loaded freight
• Pay per mile (CPM)

Schedule:

• Most loads dispatch between 8pm and 3am
• Most deliveries happen between 4pm and 12pm

Equipment:

• Condo trucks on this fleet
• Every truck has an automatic transmission
• Top of the line equipment from one of the newest fleets in the country
• Park your personal vehicle at a secure location approved by the account manager

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
• Must have a secure place to park the truck and trailer while on home time
