Visiting Angels CAREGIVER positions offer meaningful work helping seniors stay at home with dignity. You’ll provide non-medical care, companionship, light chores, meal prep, and transportation support in a flexible schedule.
Base pay $13–$18/hour with differentials; weekend and ER shifts up to $19–$21. $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid orientation, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement are available.

Every shift is an opportunity to make someone’s day better. You’ll build meaningful relationships with your clients while being supported by a dedicated team that cares about you and your success.
Base Pay: $13.00–$18.00/hour based on experience
Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials!
- Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour
- Weekend Shift: $17/hour
- Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour
- Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour
- Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour
- Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour!
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Monthly, quarterly & annual performance bonuses
- Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per hire
You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program.
You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care.

Experienced CAREgivers can participate in our 6-week mentoring program, where they support and guide new team members. Mentors serve as role models while helping new CAREgivers build confidence and succeed in their roles.

As a Visiting Angels CAREgiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical care, including:
