Visiting Angels is seeking caring individuals to join our team as CAREgivers. You will provide non-medical in-home care to help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent, delivering meaningful support every day.

We offer flexible scheduling (4, 8, 10, 12-hour shifts), paid orientation, training, and opportunities for advancement. Competitive pay starts at $13.00–$18.00/hour with additional shift differentials, bonuses, and benefits.

• No prior care experience required; paid orientation and comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

Competitive Pay + Multiple Ways to Earn More!

Base Pay: $13.00–$18.00/hour based on experience

Plus, you can earn additional money through shift differentials!

Start at $15/hour and see how much you could earn:

• Weekday Regular Shift: $15/hour
• Weekend Shift: $17/hour
• Weekday ER Shift: $17/hour
• Weekend ER Shift: $19/hour
• Weekday Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $18/hour
• Weekend Angel Visit Shift (2.5 hours or less): $21/hour!

Other ways to earn:

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Monthly, quarterly & annual performance bonuses
• Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per hire

No Experience? No Problem!

You don't need years of experience to become a CAREgiver. We provide paid orientation and comprehensive training through our Caregiver Development Program.

You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing education, and additional training in areas such as dementia and palliative care so you feel confident providing exceptional care.

Experienced CAREgivers can participate in our 6-week mentoring program, where they support and guide new team members. Mentors serve as role models while helping new CAREgivers build confidence and succeed in their roles.
