Adultcare Assistance Homecare in Phoenix is hiring compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home. Earn $17-$20 per hour with full-time or part-time shifts and paid training, plus PTO and 24/7 manager support.

You'll drive clients to appointments, assist with daily activities, and help maintain dignity and independence in a safe, respectful home environment. We value teamwork and reliable, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Heart for seniors and genuine enjoyment of older adults.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable car.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Assist with bathing and grooming to maintain dignity.
• Provide incontinence care management.
• Light housekeeping to reduce stress in the home.
• Prepare meals to keep seniors healthy.
• Remind and manage medications to avoid hospital readmissions.
• Support memory care safety and basic PT exercises.
