Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
• Assist with bathing and grooming for client dignity and comfort.
• Provide incontinence care management as needed.
• Maintain a tidy home with light housekeeping.
• Prepare nutritious meals to support health and wellness.
• Offer medication reminders to prevent hospital readmissions.
• Ensure safety with memory care practices.
• Support physical therapy routines as directed.
