We prioritize work-life balance, offering:

1. Flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, in both home and facility settings
2. Varied assignments, including a range of procedures and treatments

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers
2. Accompany clients to grocery stores, doctor’s appointments, and pharmacy visits
3. Support clients with mobility exercises as outlined in their care plan, and document changes to the Director of Nursing

Requirements:

1. CNA or PCA certification (don’t have one? We can help you get certified!)
2. At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver
3. High school diploma or GED
4. Minimum of one year of documented caregiver or home care assistance experience
5. CPR certification and a negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
6. Valid driver’s license, insured, and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance
7. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English
9. Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Experience:

1. Caregiver, CNA, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar roles
