Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver in Denton, TX to support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living and community integration. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene, behavioral support, and helping participants work toward personal goals. Evening shifts Fri–Sun with pay $9.00/hour and overtime opportunities.

Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, reliable approach. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants achieve developmental goals and community involvement.
