Help at Home Senior Care is hiring compassionate caregivers in the Auburn and Grass Valley area for overnight shifts. Join our team to support seniors at home, helping with daily living, memory support, companionship, and safety, with flexible schedules.

We offer competitive pay starting at $19–$21 per hour, plus an extra $1.50/hour within 6 months for certification and dementia training, as well as benefits like PTO and paid onboarding costs.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to clear background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
• Provide medication reminders and manage meds.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry for a safe home.
