Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassion and respect for clients.
• Weekend availability (every other weekend) required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Compliance with State of Florida regulations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to pass Level 2 background check, MVR and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and run errands.
• Transport clients to appointments as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living and dementia care.
• Maintain safety and dignity in all interactions.
