Home Instead is seeking caring and compassionate CAREGivers to join our community-focused team in Holland, MI. We offer non-medical in-home care to aging adults, helping them maintain independence with dignity and compassion.

We provide paid training, a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time), and benefits such as Teladoc, a Simple IRA with up to 3% match, and ongoing professional development. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner.
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen.
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance.
• Must be able to travel anywhere in Holland and surrounding areas.
• Being on time for ALL shifts, clocking in/out and completing prompts correctly.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and conversation.
• Personal Care (bathing, dressing, incontinence, etc.).
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
• Medication and appointment reminders.
• Transportation.
• Alzheimer’s Care.
