You will assist with personal care, support daily living goals, and help participants participate in community activities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants work on personal goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement.
