Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6 months to 1 year of human services or caregiving preferred.
- Valid driver’s license for at least 1 year with no restrictions.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Successful background check clearance.
- Caring attitude and dedication to helping others.
- Ability to safely bend and lift to assist clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Support wheelchair assistance and safe transportation.
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
- Ensure overall safety and well-being of clients.
- Use proper lifting techniques to physically support clients.
