Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks an Awake Overnight Caregiver to support individuals with disabilities in Bemidji, MN. Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri 11pm-9am, wage $21.27 hourly, with competitive benefits for full-time staff.

You will assist with personal hygiene, support daily living goals, and encourage participants to engage in community activities. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred; prior human services experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving personal goals and community involvement.
• Encourage participation in activities and monitor progress with supervisors.
• Maintain a compassionate, patient approach and reliable shift performance.
