Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Medication reminders
- Overnight supervision and safety monitoring
- Meal and snack preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Mobility assistance and transfers
- Dementia and memory care support
- Companionship and emotional support
- Engaging the client in meaningful activities such as conversation, reading, music, puzzles, and games
- Reporting any changes in the client's condition to the care team
