Job summary

Stay in Home Care is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/CNA to join our in-home care team in Spencer, Iowa. This role provides overnight and evening support to clients, helping with daily living activities and personal care in a home setting.

As a CNA, you will deliver companionship, monitor health needs, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and maintain privacy and dignity for clients. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• CNA preferred but not required
• Familiarity with various types of disabilities preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and current valid driver's license if applicable.
• Proof of automobile insurance

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Support individuals with disabilities and seniors in their daily routines, fostering independence and dignity.
