Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caring caregiver for the Paris, TX location. You will work overnight from 8 pm to 8 am, supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independently.

A valid driver’s license with clean record is required and pay starts at $10 per hour, with opportunities for overtime. Benefits include a full-time package with 401(k) match, paid time off, and ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real relationships and empower individuals to live well.
• Provide care consistent with Sevita policies and participant plans.
