About the Role

Caregivers support clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities. Responsibilities vary from companionship to non-medical personal care, tailored to each client's needs.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with transportation, medication reminders, meal prep, light homemaking, and cleaning.

Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) and some Personal Care Aides with proper training can also provide personal care services such as dressing, grooming, feeding, ambulation, bathing, transferring, and toileting.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license and valid insurance.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, compassion, patience, reliability.
• Ability to follow care plans and document progress.
• Pass background check and reference screening.

Pay Range

$23 - $25 per hour in Charlottesville.
