Responsibilities
- Provide overnight supervision and companionship.

- Support clients with dementia and memory-related conditions.
- Help prevent falls and maintain a safe environment.
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and nighttime routines.
- Observe and report changes in condition or behavior.
- Light housekeeping and documentation as needed.
