Ideal candidates have experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care and a minimum of one year in a caregiver or CNA role. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as an in-home Caregiver, CNA, or related experiences.
• Valid Driver's License and adequate auto insurance.
• Consent to background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide standby assistance with mobility, transfers, and toileting.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Offer medication reminders and follow daily routines.
• Prepare meals/snacks and encourage hydration.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Support catheter care as needed.
• Monitor for changes in client condition.
• Provide companionship and engage clients.
• Assist clients with safe ambulation.

Skills

Experience with Alzheimer’s/dementia care

Experience with senior care, HHA, CNA, or caregiver roles

Comfortable assisting with mobility and fall risk clients

Patient and respectful of client independence

Reliable transportation
