Job summary

Newhaven Court at Clearview in Butler, PA is seeking dependable Caregivers and CNAs for the overnight 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). This role supports resident safety, comfort, and well-being during night hours within a Integracare community.

Full-Time & Part-Time options are available. Education requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, with PA CNA licensure for the higher pay tier. Background checks and health screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: PA CNA license required to receive the $18.70/hr tier (non-certified caregivers at $17.70/hr).
• Experience: Prior senior living, caregiving, or overnight shifts preferred.
• Background checks and health screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety checks and monitor resident well-being during the night.
• Answer resident call lights promptly and attentively.
• Assist residents with night-time repositioning, incontinence care, and early morning routines.
• Maintain a tranquil, quiet, and secure environment across the community during overnight hours.
• Provide clear shift documentation and thorough handoff reports to the incoming 1st shift team.
