Newhaven Court at Clearview in Butler, PA, is hiring compassionate Caregivers and CNAs for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Full-Time and Part-Time schedules available.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Current PA CNA license required for the $17.70/hr tier; non-certified caregivers receive the $16.70/hr tier.
• Experience: Prior caregiving in senior living or caregiving is preferred, but enthusiastic candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Background checks and health screenings are required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, mobility, personal care, and bedtime routines.
• Support evening meal distribution and dining room assistance.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights throughout the shift.
• Document care provided and report updates to nursing staff.
• Foster a warm, safe, and respectful environment for residents and team members.
