• Must remain alert during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active, awake supervision during shift for nighttime mobility and bathroom visits.
• Provide calm companionship for clients with sleep disruptions.
• Perform designated quiet light housekeeping tasks and prep morning items as per care plan.
• Document overnight observations and communicate updates to management.
