Job summary

HomeWell Care Services of Chattanooga is seeking dependable 3rd shift caregivers and CNAs to support seniors in their homes. You will provide personal care, overnight companionship, and help with daily activities, mobility, and meal prep.

The role emphasizes meaningful, one-on-one care, flexibility in scheduling, and a supportive local team. Previous CNA or caregiver experience is a plus, with the chance to advance as you demonstrate reliability and compassion.

YOUR ROLE: Help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home by providing:

• Personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Overnight companionship and safety support
• Toileting, mobility, grooming, and dressing assistance
• Medication reminders as permitted
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Care-plan follow-through and documentation
• Communication with families and the HomeWell care team

Previous experience as a CNA, caregiver, home health aide, personal care aide, or healthcare worker is a plus.
