Job summary

Sevita's REM Community Services in Fergus Falls is hiring a Direct Care DSP to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help participants participate in community life during night shifts.

No high school diploma required; six months in human services preferred, strong communication and teamwork needed. We offer competitive pay, full benefits for full-time, paid time off and holiday pay, and a supportive supervisor

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• No High School Diploma or equivalent required for direct care role.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
